About Us

Welcome to Dive Tenerife and thank you for visiting our web site, we hope you find it enjoyable and informative. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us.

Dive Tenerife offers a warm and friendly welcome to everybody, irrespective of experience, qualification or scuba diver training agency – but don’t just take our word for it, check out what our previous customers have to say here .

We offer first class facilities, that include both male and female toilets and a nice and warm shower for the end of the diving day, with year round boat scuba diving trips for certified scuba divers, plus the full range of PADI diving courses and 12 PADI Specialty Courses for those wishing to advance their diving skills and experiences in a safe and control and enjoyable manner. All of our underwater activities, including fun dives, are lead, guided and carried out by professional, qualified and in teaching status PADI Master Instructors and PADI Staff Instructors.

Our Daily dives take place at 09:00, 12:00 and for those extra keen scuba divers, at 15:00, with free snacks and refreshments and a break taken between dives at the Dive Centre (where there’s unlimited free WiFi for those work-a-holics or young facebookers, full signal strength of course) in Las Galletas. It’s a very relaxing and enjoyable way to spend our surface interval and exchange diving stories with your buddies (warning: some banter is included). We ask our divers to be at the Dive Centre 30 minutes before the dive to get ready and prepare scuba equipment for the dive and have a dive briefing 20 minutes being departing on a 4 minute walk over to the harbour where the boat is located.

Our own dive boat is 7.5m with a 200 hp engine that sits on the back where up to 11 divers fit comfortably. This allows us to be flexible for both small and big groups of scuba divers, catering for special requests and diver needs. The boat also carries emergency oxygen and a first aid kit, alongside security items and run by a qualified boat captain, especially trained in the use of said equipment. Our boat also holds all of the weights (weight belts) so no heavy lifting!

Speaking about heavy lifting, our scuba diving cylinders (both DIN and International tank valves, either twin or single valves) have already been pre-filled and await our arrival at the port to easily assemble our scuba equipment and place them on the boat, where those who are new to boats can have a little safety briefing.

Whether you are thinking about learning to dive, looking to continue your diving education or quite simply looking to dive for fun and pleasure, we will be more than happy to answer your questions and share our experiences with you.

On a side note, we love to look around and search every crack to show as many of the underwater world’s inhabitants to each diver and take photos of the sea life, which you can enjoy for a second time out of the water by going to our facebook page. The photos of yourselves we transfer privately and they come with the option to edit and share to your hearts content.
